What is Priming?

 

Priming is the process of shaking your nicotine vaporizer (generally 3 to 5 good shakes) then letting the Vape sit on its base for about 1:30 to 2 mins. This process is to help soak the cotton inside the device's atomizer and keep your cotton from being burnt leading to an undesired taste.

Is Delta 8 Legal in Texas?

 

DSHS asked the Texas Supreme Court to step in and reinstate a ban on the products, but the high court refused the request to hear the case. A final hearing was set for January 2022, but it was cancelled and never took place. So, for now, delta-8 is legal in Texas.

What is Delta 8 THC?

 

Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-8-THC, Δ8-THC) is a psychoactive cannabinoid found in the Cannabis plant. It is an isomer of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-THC, Δ9-THC), the compound commonly known as THC.

What is Delta 9?

 

Where the THC is derived and how much there is in the product. Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC with a concentration of 0.3% or less is legal for use in the state of Texas. Any product exceeding this concentration is illegal. (See FAQ Question 02)

What is THC-O or Delta 10, or even HHC?

 

  • THC-O is an ester of THC, the process to synthesize THC-O consists of converting CBD extracted from the hemp plant into delta-8 THC. Finally, acetic anhydride is added to the delta-8 THC molecules to produce THC-O acetate. 

  • Delta-10 is a cannabinoid found in trace amounts in the cannabis plant. Like regular THC—delta-9—it can get you high, but it is less potent than delta-9. This makes it similar to delta 8, another cannabinoid that is less potent than regular THC.

  • HHC or HXC  is an abbreviation for hexahydro cannabinol, which is a naturally occurring cannabinoid similar to Delta-8 and Delta-10 THC, but with more stimulating effects. HXC is “hydrogenated” THC (hydrogenation is a process that is also used to make margarine from oils).

What is Kratom?

 

The most common uses of it are to relieve pain, depression, and opioid addiction. The two most active compounds found in kratom, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, work on opioid receptors, but with fewer side effects. Kratom has been used for hundreds of years in Asia as a natural home remedy.

is Menthol Illegal? 

 

May 10, 2022—The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has proposed new rules that ban the manufacture and sale of menthol cigarettes and all flavored cigars, according to an April 28, 2022, announcement. The agency is taking public comments through July 5 abut and will then make a final decision on the regulations. (Essentially NO: on Vapes and Juice but, YES on Cigarettes and Cigars)

What is CBD and how is it Different from THC?

 

  • CBD, or cannabidiol, is the second most prevalent active ingredient in cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, a cousin of marijuana, or manufactured in a laboratory.

  • While CBD can come from either hemp or marijuana, it is often derived from hemp in order to avoid the addition of larger amounts of THC. THC, on the other hand, is derived from marijuana. CBD that comes from marijuana may contain more THC, which may not be ideal for people who are trying to avoid THC.
